Times: 8 AM to 3 PM

Before care is available from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. for $50 per week
After care is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. for a $100 per week
If a camper is not picked up by 5:00 p.m. the parent will be charged $1/min fee.

It is important that the students want to engage in this camp and that s/he is willing to participate in the simulated activities and Spanish.

Parents will be notified if the student is creating an environment that does not allow the teacher and students to fulfill the daily objectives.

If a camper continues to disrupt the environment camper will be asked not to return and the parent will not be refunded.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, do you authorize a camp director to provide medical treatment if necessary and authorize a camp director to administer to your child any treatment deemed necessary.

I understand that Miami Multilingual Sports Camp, LLC. is not financially responsible for the expense of medical treatment, emergency care, or transportation, and I agree to pay for all medical treatment, procedures, care, and transportation individually, or through my medical insurance program.

Do you authorize a camp director to engage your student in a variety of learning activities (sports, excursions, music, film clips, arts and crafts, simulations, dance, food tasting (allergy documentation must be signed), exploration walks, and any age appropriate activities planned in the scope and sequence created by Miami Multilingual Sports Camp, LLC for this camp)?

Do you give your consent for your student to attend excursions planned by Miami Multilingual Sports Camp, LLC because they are associated with the learning theme of the day?

Do you agree to waive and release Miami Multilingual Sports Camp, LLC and any and all employees, in consideration of your child/children (but not third-party vendors and service providers, such as paid certificated carriers), from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, causes of action or other liabilities by reason of any accident or injury suffered by the above-named child, which may arise in connection with the educational program, activities and travel in state inspected state of Florida registered automobile and used for Miami Multilingual Sports Camp, LLC activities, and any of the authorizations described above, whether of not caused by or alleged to be caused by the negligence of Miami Multilingual Sports Camp, LLC under instruction of camp director.
